The Glenmary Golf and Recreation Club is conveniently located  in Eastern Jefferson County, just east of the Gene Snyder Freeway off Bardstown Road.  Glenmary Golf Course is an 18-hole regulation length golf course in Louisville, Kentucky.  This medium length layout course was designed in 1990 by John Addington.  Some holes are quite challenging and interesting, but overall it can be somewhat forgiving.  It is a membership club, but is not limited to Glenmary subdivision residents.  There is a driving range, and the greens and fairways are bent grass.
