Rod Bowling, CRS
Rod is a Kentucky native having been born and raised in the local area. He graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1980. He began his real estate career as a licensed agent in 1981. He earned his Broker;s License in 1985 and started investing in real estate. He has been a REALTOR with RE/MAX Properties East since 1993. his current hobbies include hiking, traveling, and restoring classic corvettes.

Anne Mayhugh, GRI
Anne moved back to Louisville with her family in 1973, then left to attend the University of Kentucky in 1974. After graduation in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Anne succombed to wanderlust and traveled and lived many places. She returned home to Louisville in 1996 and began her real estate career here in Kentucky in 1997. She joined RE/MAX Properties East in 2000. She is the proud mother of three wonderful girls, all of whom are attending the University of Kentucky. Because of her experiences as a trailing corporate spouse, Anne is very familiar with the rigors of relocations and strives to make the move as easy as possible. Anne’s hobbies include investing in real estate, teaching and mentoring new agents, reading, scuba diving, and taking care of her dogs.
